Darn, I thought it was about bears. The majority of his supporters aren’t from the hate community, probably a relatively small minority. Exit polls I’ve seen incicate most are liberals and anarchists, with nearly half self identified Republicans. The point is that Paul, by cultivating support over the years from the hate community, normalizes them. Normalizes only to his supporters, of course.
But I did learn something about male bears. They can kill and eat their cubs. Looking back, I could have used a better metaphor.
I have to disagree with you a bit— Just about every antisemite I’ve met in the last couple of months have had one thing in common: Support for Ron Paul. Maybe it’s just me, but it sure feels that way.
