If the judge is smart he will find in favor of the plaintiffs and release the verdict this coming Friday after 5 pm. Giving the Obamas what they deserve.

It's my understanding that he has given the Obama tea until Sunday to reply (10 days) I'm not sure but I would think by doings so would keep them from appealing it until after elections are held. which seems to be Obama’s plan.

The Judge has already stated he will issue the findings on Wednesday, Feb 1st.
