Simply put, our problems arise from what was once our strength.

When the people sent the likes of Madison to the House of Reps, our liberty was assured.

But no piece of paper will secure our liberty when they send demagogues like Sheila Jackson Lee, Henry Waxman, Elijah Cummings, Chuck Schumer to the House and Senate.

When public virtue dissipates, despotism will fill the void. Guaranteed.

The United States of America was founded as an experiment.

That phrase has been bantied about a lot. I suspect it's purpose may be to condition the sheeples to accept change.

Here's another phrase: Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

T’anks-this was good food for thought. I remember the Congress
that gave us our Constitutional Convention gave us the Northwest Ordinance Article III Religion,Morality, and Knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind Schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged. “ That same ordinance was re-passed when the First Congress under our Constitution was about a month from adopting our Bill of Rights. Now our schools have been working overtime at removing Religion ,and Morality for most of my lifetime and I agree this present darkness warrants Americas people choose whom they will serve.I pray before the iron collars are fit about our necks.
