Why would she admit that now? She probably thinks it’s something worthy of bragging about, and that it happened so long ago that it won’t hurt her children or grandchildren. Why would a 69 year old Grandmother admit she was a slut when she was 19 years old. That she had sex with a married man many times over.That she gave in to the Kennedy power and mystique.
I *think* the answer is Caroline (ya know) Kennedy is releasing taped interviews with her deceased mother. I think Jackie spills these beans in these interviews so the grandma is just getting out in front of the story.

Oh, she had sex with more than Kennedy, according to the article that was on Drudge this week-end.
She says that she was in the pool with Kennedy and someone named Powell came over and Kennedy asked her to “take care of Mr. Powell”. She said that she understood that to mean, provide oral sex, so she did, while JFK watched. She goes on to say that he one time asked her to “take care” of Teddy, but she refused.
She’s coming out with it because she was included in that Kennedy special that was on HBO or some other premium station. I remember being puzzled by it, but just dismissed it. She obviously figures that if she is going to be talked about, she might as well make a bundle of money on the story.

Is it any wonder that the Democrats wanted to keep such a tight lid on the JFK story for so long. For some reason, Caroline Kennedy gave the ok to release things early. Maybe it was because the Democrats made it clear that there was no place for her in the Democrat Party.
