Untrue; they are only required to follow *lawful* orders.

Given the situation as is, where the President’s eligibility (and therefore position as Commander In Chief) is in question AND no person in authority will address the issue... well, it could be argued that the military coup *IS* the only lawful solution — as they are oathbound first, and foremost, to the Constitution.
