Sheriffs find that when they warn the feds not to conduct an unconstitutional police action against one of their citizens, the feds back down. Sometimes the feds threaten to arrest them, but when the sheriff’s response is “game on,” the stalemate ends with the feds backing down.

Its nice nice to know there is someone to turn to for protection from the some criminal actions of the Federal Government..

So, what do we suppose would have happened in Idaho if the couple busted for trying to build their house had called the sheriff and had the EPA clowns arrested for trespassing? More sheriff’s need to take a stand as they are THE top LEO in the county and can kick the feds out if they want to. Of course federal funding would be abruptly halted. No new hummers to patrol the streets with ma-deuce mounted on top. LOL!
