Last night TCM showed a film called “Z”. It was interesting and showed what political corruption looks like and the results. This just reminded me of that.

Unfortunately, foreign organizations such as the The Carter Center (founded by former president Jimmy Carter), are perceived by many as well intentioned at best, but naive and distant from the corruption and political influence of the Chavez regime. I don't credit Carter with naivete. I think Carter's relationship with Chavez to be proof of his corruption.
