Hopefully Jerry will succeed in driving ALL industry out of California, then the entire population can go back to hunting (without firearms of course) and gathering to eak out a miserable existence. But then he and the eco-freaks can claim glorious victory for ending all sources of pollution in the state. And mourn the loss of taxes and watch the state collapse.

Most people just don't understand the scale of our economic problem. In the federal case: even if you eliminated the ENTIRE federal government, the tax revenues wouldn't be enough, you would still have to borrow money to meet entitlement costs. Do you get it now?

I'm sure the state of California is even worse. Watch what Bill Whittle has to say. Great summary of the deficit. Remember, his two pies are always equal in size, because:

Tax revenues + borrowed debt = govt spending + entitlement costs
