Why are we drilling for oil? We are the Saudi Arabia of rocks. We have a mountain range called the Rockies and we are allowing ourselves to be dominated by these oil producers. I think (President Obama) is on to something here that is truly revolutionary. Why would you build a pipeline, the Keystone pipeline with real oil from Canada to put in real refineries and put in real existing cars when you can do algae? I think he is on to something. And I think this shows the vision, the hope and change he promised in 2008.”

At the same time, the president of Algae, Inc., the famous comic character, AQUAMAN, held a press conference in Hawaii where he enthusiastically told reporters that he couldn't wait to leap into the water and harvest algae for his $500,000,000 research lab.
AQUAMAN said that he was extremely confident that in 20 to 30 years, his company, Algae,Inc., will have successfully converted algae into a fuel for automobiles that will cost the consumer $.05 (five cents) a gallon.
