Why would a Christian want to worship at a new Temple?
To do so would put to open shame the blood of Christ who was the final sacrifice. The acts done in the Temple was only a foreshadow of things to come.
Jesus IS the temple.
‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.’ ~Jesus (Matt 26:61)
If Christ’s body is the true temple–as Paul puts it, “For we are the temple of the living God” (2 Corinthians 6:16)–what use remains for an a future literal temple?
