There certainly is room to argue that Orly is either a determined and courageous citizen or, as mentioned upthread, she is a “ringer”.

The one public figure many of us trust, at least on the face of it, is Sheriff Joe. Anyone in the national effort that reaches out and genuinely supports Joe's effort would more likely be in the first of the two groups above.

Can we clear up what appears to be a contradiction?
Flotsam_Jetsome:
“She even tried to pry her way into the work of Sheriff Joe's posse.”
GregNH:
“…she was the one who got sheriff Joe onto this in the first place.”

Looks like I am off a little. I was remembering a Tea Party meeting with Joe where Orly presented her pages and pages of evidence, but this meeting was subsequent to the "original" Tea Party meeting where Corsi was involved where Joe was first asked to investigate. It was announced on Aug 18 and then a few weeks later Orly attended a meeting in Sept.

She is definitely a mixed bag. I have met a lot of people who were unaware of the fact they have no talent. There are people who cannot sing, but are completely unaware of the fact, and nobody wishes to hurt their feelings by telling them so.

I think when it comes to being persuasive, Orly is in the "no-talent" category. I think it is unfortunate that our legal system operates in such a way that an Attorney's court presence has an impact on the case, but our Judicial system has become as much of an emotion driven spectacle, as it is anything based on law.

I think most decisions regarding the "natural born citizen" issue are the result of knee-jerk emotionalism on the part of Judges and others.

Please ping me if the contradiction is ever resolved.
I would like to see the return answers.
