Woodrow Wilson was an arrogant condescending academic pr*ck who thought he knew better than most everyone else when in fact he was a foolish idealist duped into presiding over the 1913 16th, 17th and 18th Amendments including the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. He set the United States onto a path of ruin. FDR would never have had a chance to consummate his socialist agenda without the course change provided by Wilson.
Now one hundred years later we see the result. I am sorry to report that Obamacare will be held up as constitutional under the tax authority of the 16th amendment. Hence, we will have full blown socialism. The only bright spot is that Cameron is making progress to extract the UK from the clutches of their incompetent national health service. But it will takes years if not decades for the USA to so extract itself from what Wilson and FDR steered the country toward in the last century.
The one brilliant home-grown hope and inspiration we have is to scrap the income tax code, repeal the 16th amendment and replace the tax code with the following:
