I would like to know your take on this story.

Is there a reasonable explanation for the seemingly inconsistent statements by Rossi coming soon?

-Or-

Are you off the Rossi/E-cat bandwagon in the face of yet another straw of con-man behavior?

Is there a possible 3rd choice?

I would like to know your take on this story. ***Ok, but when the seagull brigade chimes in, don't expect me to address anything they say. They'll get the same 'ignore button' posts as usual, so that no crickets are generated. Is there a reasonable explanation for the seemingly inconsistent statements by Rossi coming soon? ***The first place I look is on Vortex-L. It’s a story about > Gary Wright, Steven Krivit, a bunch of follow along bloggers > and readers. There isn’t any E-Cat news. ---------------------------------------------------- If you're looking for reasonable explanations from Rossi, you'll be waiting a long time. Basically, the most inductively sensible explanation is that Rossi has a very compelling technology. He's developing it and it is likely to go into production in the next 2 years. It's even been stolen by one of his former partners, Defkalion. But Rossi is Rossi. He is incredibly dislikeable, inspiring his partners to steal from him rather than edify alongside. So... Rossi being Rossi, he seems to be playing this game where he makes exaggerated claims just enough for the usual skeptopaths to think he's a scam. That way he doesn't draw much attention from huge competitors like GE or Hitachi. But this ridiculous plan of his backfires when it draws the attention of authorities. Now, Rossi being Rossi, he's had some very negative experiences with authorities who are in the back pocket of a competitor, so he basically stepped in it right here. Rossi probably lied to the investigator. It is fascinating to see where the line gets drawn: All the materials used in LENR are non-nuclear, and they generate no long-living nuclear byproducts, so you could easily say that to an investigator and send him on his way. Note that all along I've been saying that this would be a good thing if the whole deal was chemical rather than nuclear, because then the NRC wouldn't be involved. So, here's Rossi's take: RE: [Vo]:Florida Investigates Rossi Alan J Fletcher Mon, 12 Mar 2012 10:36:00 -0700 Claud March 11th, 2012 at 3:21 PM Dear Andrea can you please give us your version of the Florida Bureau inspection referred on some site ? Andrea Rossi March 11th, 2012 at 3:35 PM Dear Claud: There is not “my version” , there is only one version of the Florida Bureau inspection at Leonardo Corporation, as a matter of fact it is the version derived from the actual facts: We have been very glad to receive their visit and we have explained to them all we had to. We agreed with them that we will keep them informed of all our developments and also explained to them that we do not use radioactive materials and do not produce radioactive materials. The persons we talked with are very prepared and expert, they have been right and correct, and I have been honoured to deal with them. What we said beyond this is confidential and I have nothing to add at all. I give no information at all regarding our factory, as I always said, until our production will be officially announced. I can say, and I am delighted to say this, that the Officers of the Florida State I have been contacted from are glad that we are making jobs in Florida with a company that respects the Law. Of course they will have free access to us in our Florida site, also to verify that we do not use radioactive material and we do not produce radioactive material and, also , we agreed that we will not sell in the USA the domestic E-Cats before the due certification, that will certify that no radiations are emitted from the E-Cats outside the body of the E-Cats while they are working. Please note that I was posting LENR articles before Rossi showed up and I'll be posting LENR articles after Rossi goes away, whether he turns out to be a fraud or a brooding genius like Thomas Edison. But to address your question, yes, my scam-o-meter has been going back towards scam. Basically at 50% scam-o-meter you can't decide, and to the left is red [SCAM] and to the right is green [goodbye oil dependency], I'm at about 65% green for Rossi and 99% green for LENR. My Rossi scam-o-meter keeps inching back towards the red. Is there a possible 3rd choice? ***I don't know. There probably is.
