I’d argue that with you. Up here, we have Tim’s Cascade Chips. Crisp, not to salty, slightly thick. Excellent for just about any kind of dip. Can even stand up to having cheese & bacon melted on top in an oven. Made some like that for the last Super Bowl. A whole large cookie sheet of them went bye-bye within 20 minutes.
