It makes no sense. Let's look at it:

Animals! The DemocRats blew up the windmill with an Acorn!

And Napoleon falsely accused Snowball of destroying the windmill.

So, given the context of that passage in Animal House, it comes across that you are inferring that claims about Acorn are false flags.
