All he needs to do is decide it is time to activate this...and it is pretty much over.
This order, coupled with all the changes in the past 3 years, fundamentally changes everything. Somebody is trying to downplay this order as similar to Clinton’s order in 1994. But, the radical difference is all the ground work they laid in before its issuance.

Sounds like he’s going to do that. Like I said, it will give people jobs and lower the unemployment numbers. It’s a win-win for him.
