I need to a full background check on someone, any recommendations for a website you have used?
We use Intellicorp.

But beware the Obama adminstration has taken the teeth out of almost any background check. You can no longer access information by SS number, just by address and closeness of name.
The last background I did returned results for women that had a name near the individual I was doing a background on.
Just make sure the info you get is legitimate.
Hire an actual company. All those sites do is collect job history from Facebook and any outstanding warrants.
I checked out the county where each of my kids live for sex offenders...they would have a picture and name. That was quite a few years ago, don’t remember what I accessed to get to it...probably google...
Be careful. The FRCA (Free Credit Reporting Act) requires a degree of consent. You can do background checks with what you know, but a thorough check would include a “trac to crim” check that requires info from the reporting agencies. There is no national clearinghouse of offenders of any stripe. There are thousands of jurisdictions with info.
Simple example: if I am convicted of a crime in a jurisdiction of non-residence, it may not show up on a check.

I did that to and was shocked at how many there were...then I nearly passed out when I realized how many more there were that were “taking jobs Americans had already been busted for” and not registered...then got sick when I realized all the time, money and heartache that went into research that was rendered just about useless by our half assed immigration policies.
Just ask them who they voted for in the last election.
Winner!!!
USAintel, known as emerge.
We used publicsearch and Intelius.
Public search is by pay by the-record and so is Intellius for small businesses. Expensive for individuals but I would choose uspublicsearch between the 2, regardless of how many times Google props up Intelius.
If youhave their permission or can prove a legitimate reason such as enforcing a judgement, credit bureaus can be a big help. Also if he is a bad guy, buy the cop covering his sector a cup of coffee
Comply with all laws
I live in a rural county so there was only a few sex offenders, but one of my son’s lived in the suburbs and there was page after page of those creeps...
LOL, so true. When it comes to hiring at least, just get to it in a very round about way so it doesn't seem like you are basing your decision on how someone votes or their political ideology. Just sort of steer the conversation that way based on something you see on their resume and see how they respond.
