They are going to use these high-tech cutting-edge hollowpoints for training? Really? 450 million rounds? Really? This is not “range ammo” being purchased. This is not “blammo.” These are expensive “defensive” rounds.

Yes, we don't use different ammo. Same ammo for training as for duty carry.

I'd say DHS has over 50,000 armed Agents/Officers.

CBP has 25,000 itself. Then you have ICE/HSI and the others.
