If I were a Judge (and honest judge who loves and believe in the U.S. Constitution), having spent my life getting to the honorable position, I would not be able to look in the mirror if I caved on a fundamental issue like this.
It is an issue that an honest judge should be willing to sacrifice everything to handle it right, not expediently.
I don’t think we have any honest judiciary in our nation for possibly the first time in the existence of our republic.
I don't cast my disdain that wide. The rank dishonesty depends on the issue. On Barack Obama's eligibility, and on the right to keep and bear arms, I agree, the federal and some state judiciaries are nearly totally corrupt.
But if youhave the misfortune of being in court to litigate a contract dispute, or most personal injury issues, the courts do a pretty good job of sifting through the evidence and reaching the correct conclusion.
