My advice to YOU if YOU’RE ever involved in a shooting: request to be taken to a hospital to have a blood sample and toxicology screen taken. A “negative for everything” result will prevent false allegations later that you were drunk or drugged-up when you pulled the trigger.DUMB, DUMB, DUMB!!
In the state of Missouri if you are "intoxicated" you are busted! That means if you have .0001% of alcohol in your blood you are in trouble.
You never talk to the police or provide them one piece of evidence that they CAN USE AGAINST YOU!!
