Dear Current TV,
Contrary to your opinion about being an alternative to “corporate-controlled media,” I’d like to point out that Current TV is a corporation, which would, in fact, make Current TV “corporate-controlled media.”
Just because you produce on the cheap, have no expensive talent, and nobody watches you doesn’t change that fact.
Let’s face it—having a business model for a TV station for people who think MSNBC isn’t loony-left-wing-enough is no way to run a business.
I’m sure the University of Chicago can find a position for either in Davey Axelrod’s Institute for Corrupting Government or, maybe, starting an Institute on Preserving Honesty in Media for the Internet Age.
