There’s an old video/interview where he declares that the constitution is “too restrictive”. He might be a “constitutional scholar” but that is very different than actually agreeing with it, which he doesn’t.

Obama: Constitution deeply flawed, and a "charter of negative liberties", and needs to outline what the gubmint should do FOR you, and that it should have no restrictions from giving away the store.
