Anyone who believes these lawyers jumped ship after less than two days of no contact needs their head examined. Z’s neighbor said he talked to him on the phone on Monday. Either the lawyers got death threats or Z has found someone high powered to represent him if the need arises.
You know if your attorneys are calling a grandstanding press conference to make themselves look good on TV, you are better off without them.
Regardless, it was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen attorneys do on tv. It was obivous they were pissed and their statements were intended to get back at Zimmerman.
