When 12% of the population commits over 50% of the homicides blaming whitey just doesn’t cut it.

I live in VA Beach, VA, and here it's more like 90% of the murders and other violent crimes are committed by blacks.

That’s the way it appears but remember that Hispanics are counted as white statistically speaking.
