Want to stop voter fraud?
Mandate a 4473 style form and NICS background check for EVERY voter for EVERY election with the same penalties applied for falsifying information on the form as there are with purchasing a gun.
After all, if a 4473 and background check is good enough to pass Constitutional muster to buy a gun, it’s good enough for voting.
Sadly, that is nowhere near enough to stop massive vote fraud. Thjere were laws in place to prosecute the vote fraud which occurred when I and other people were denied the right to vote by our unlawful removal from the voter registration lists and nonexistent Hispanic named residents were substituted at our address and home complete with fraudulently obtained drivers licenses. The State of California and its officials refused to enforce the law or even to accept a report or complaint. Threatened with arrest for trying to report the crimes, we emigrated our home and business to another state in order to regain our right to vote and vote for Republicans.
We haven't stopped fighting, but the people who deny there is a vote fraud problem and assisting others to deny and take no action against these crimes while intimidating the voter is not helping the situation.
