Soros' modus operandi is to destabilize and cripple the economies, societies and governments of countries by any means possible, and then swoop in to buy up huge chunks of the businesses/properties/currecny/government at chaos-driven pennies on the dollar.
Then as a controlling influence, he rebuilds to his own liking and watches his power/money/control explode with him in the catbird seat as order is restored.
He destroys countries for sport and power; he's the human embodiment of the most vile evil known to man.
