I believe now that we can no longer afford to have lifers in the military....we can not afford the pensions and health benefits....

people should be able to be active for 6 -8 yrs, then have the opportunity if they wanted to be in the guard or reserve,and pick up a reasonable,sane pension at age 60....

but no more lifers...its just insane to continue this system the way it is now...
