long story- but i think some one is scewing with us, offer has been made, no accept or reject- just told we need to offer more— no counter offer just an email sain offer more from realtor... makes no sense. thought they had to accept/reject/or counter!!!

I bought a house last year, but this is in CO, made an offer, they made a counter, I laughed, my realtor called them, they accepted my offer and the rest is recent history.
