Assuming 'illegal alien' just drives'em nuts, they do have a country to go home to where they can cry about their mistreatment.
Some time back I proposed they be referred to as TOURISTS!
That way they lose their cachet as some sort of immigrant or "undocumented worker'.
A TOURIST uses up his welcome, spends all his money, and goes back home.

Suppose I dumped hazardous waste in a community compost pile. Would that be illegal dumping? Suppose the cops entered Jane Fonda's home and searched if without a warrant. Would that be an illegal search? Does this terminology diminish the humanity of the waste dumper or the cops conducting the search or does it accurately describe the situation? What is it about accuracy that so offends the left?

It would be a dangerous precedent to ban the word ‘illegal’ in describing undocumented persons who are here enjoying all the benefits of citizenship without any responsibility of REAL citizens and who have no valid status.
How's about my crying foul in front of a judge when I am tried for an ‘illegal’ traffic violation, etc.
Where does all this infantile parsing of our language and bone-head denial of the bare facts of law and order end????

I've never liked the word illegal to describe the Criminal Alien Invasion, it just seems so inadequate.
