Tarrant County network is up on 146.94.

Personally, I think it looks ugly, and I've been spotting for a while.

Wall cloud reported over Benbrook lake per DFW scanner..here we go again....too dark this time for a good photo. A few thunderboomers in SW Arlington, nothing unusual really for us.

Have you seen the radar?

6" limbs down in roadway according to the RACES net. It's ugly out there.

Severe TS line taking a sharp dive to the SE now, and may just glance off SW Arlington/Kennedale area. Mansfield watch out.

Yep. Glen Rose looks like it's getting hammered. And this thing is back-building. It grew fast.

I never post threads beyond the annual 'Happy Birthday John Moses Browning' and 'Happy Birthday Eugene Stoner' threads. I hope this one is a flop. But I thought it looked ugly.

It's just blowing right by and we're realizing only a few drops of rain out of the deal. My force field is indeed strong/it wanted no part of me at all.

Thanks, Obama!

Don't know if it will hit Coppell or not. The storm has started moving mostly east.

But now is the time to make sure emergency lights, go bag with 3 days food, spare glasses, meds, etc... are handy.

We don't get riots or earthquakes or mudslides. We get severe weather.

Oh... and make sure any seedlings that you are hardening up are inside. Dime size/Quarter size hail can nuke a baby tomato plant.

Moving much more east than northeast. Most looks to be south of the Metromess of DFW. Yay for a miss.

Your force field must include all of Tarrant County.

If the cap had broken late afternoon it might have been a very different story round these parts. That’s okay, we’ve had enough action this Spring and still rebuilding from it.

Amen. My neighbor is deployed and was recently home on leave for a few days. He wants me to repair the wind damage to the house from the last nasty one. Most of the damage to my place has been mitigated.

It’s blowing pretty good right now in So. Arlington. Not much rain yet. Or hail. Just wind, thunder and some lightening.

Looks to be moving south of Arlington. Big ugly stuff going on up near Ardmore, but I think Tarrant/Dallas county are out of the woods this time. Prayers up for those folks in Oklahoma and just south of the Red River.

National Weather Service just allowed the warning to expire and has said to shut down the RACES net in Tarrant County.

Looks like it missed us. 1/2 of the storm went north of us and half went on by south of us. We split the uprights! :)

Works for me. But prayers continue for those just south of the Red River.
