Looks like Williston is 3 mi x 3 mi. That would make it 22 minutes of walking from the center to the edge.

I've been there but not lately. A single Taxi franchise for any gov't organization is bogus.

Additional competition is obviously warranted.

Able bodied peeps should not need a Taxi in Williston if they really need to transport themselves.
