Juvie Narcos On The Border

The politicians love to wax romantic about today's kids as America's future, and apparently the current generation bodes poorly for a degenerate nation.

In Columbus, NM customs officers since the start of the year "have caught six students trying to smuggle drugs into the country during the busy morning rush hour before classes" as reported by Angela Kocherga for KVUE:

As many as 400 students a day use the pedestrian lanes at the Columbus port of entry on school days. The majority are U.S. citizens, but they have family ties in Mexico and live on both sides of the border.

Of course, the poor kids in Columbus, NM have bad examples. Last March the mayor, police chief and a village trustee in Columbus, NM were charged with running guns into Mexico for the Juarez cartel's enforcement crew La Linea.

The phenomena of juvie mules occurs all along the U.S.-Mexico border.

At a port of entry in El Paso County, TX nearly 500 juveniles -- sixty percent of them were U.S. citizens -- got caught over the past ten years walking drugs as reported by Kris Gutiérrez for Fox News, and in Southern California the predatory Mexican drug cartels are recruiting children as young as eleven to smuggle product over the border as reported by The Huffington Post.

Can't you just picture Whitney Houston snorting a line and then belting out the line "I believe the children are our future" from her hit "The Greatest Love of All"? The irony is rich; of course, it's easy to miss irony when suffering from denial.

Let's face it: getting high is the American passion, and ain't nothing getting in the way between Americans and their drugs.

Anchor babies for hire as drug mules...what a bright future these criminals have. This is what Texas and other border states have to pay millions for because the U.S. Supreme Court mandates that we educate Mexico’s children.
