There is an Asia Pacific museum that shouldn't be missed. Also, the air and space museum is worth a full day. It contains one of the first SR-71 airplanes before they were called SR-71.
I don't know if you could get 30 people inside but Duke's Clam Chowder Emporium on Alki Beach is killer.
