You forget - they would be providing false information in Sheriff Joe’s jurisdiction. Then he gets standing to go after them.

I realize this may be some clever legal gambit, but in the past, Hawaii has rebuffed every attempt to publicize Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate. If they have broken any laws in this effort, they have certainly been successful in avoiding prosecution, or even legal serious scrutiny. I seriously doubt Hawaii is the least bit concerned about Arizona wants.

Bottom line in our nation of men, not laws: Hawaii will do what it pleases, & to h#(( with sheriff Joe & Arizona.
