Article about Romney as Instrument of "Normalizing" Mormons

There is an article on Bloomberg site about how Romney is an instrument of the LDSers to make Mormons "normal" Christians. I apologize if I am violating policy about posting information about a Bloomberg article.

His liberal political beliefs aside, this is one of my biggest complaints about Romney. I want no part in norming a false religion.

Maybe I'm a little naive, but having my own beliefs and my own principles, I don't really care what Romney or any of his Mormons do.

I don't believe the way they do, and that's that.

Some journalist seem to think that the American people are a big school of fish, and all turn the way the lead fish turns.

I don't care if Romney "normalized" the morman religion, it will never be "normal" for me.

If people would go back to being individuals instead of grazing in herds, this would not be much of an issue.

So long as he doesn't enact their principles into law, I just could care less. If he does, it would be unconstitutional anyway.

I hear a lot more about his religion from those on the left, then I do from Romney himself.

I am LDS (Mormon) and I havent killed, raped, stolen, pillaged, profaned anything. I just want to live my life in peace and follow my beliefs about what my Lord Jesus Christ expects from me.

Exactly what is the public threat of that?

Until Romney, Americans, especially Christian Americans could never have become convinced to vote for a man who believes that he will become an actual God, literally a worshiped deity, a leader in a religion that teaches that there are thousands, millions of Gods.
