My only worry.. When they get close to the truth it’s likely going to take more than 10 to keep him safe.

All Arpaio needs to do is hammer on Obama's father not being an American citizen.

But he won't.

So, it's a TV show.

How about looking at it as he's pursuing that which falls within his area of expertise.

The last time I looked he wasn't a Constitutional scholar or lawyer.

Think half full, not half empty.

I presume that I do not have to point out to you that "Consitutuional scholars and lawyers" are responsible for the mess in which we find ourselves today.

...I think I'd prefer to put my trust in people who are not either of the aforementioned for a while.

In the vid @45 secs, Arpaio said the Hawaiian posse attempted to interview the Obama’s purported BC Registrar from 1961. He didn’t cooperate. Who knows he may later. They keep plugging away, something will eventually break.

They are shaking the Obama tree to see what falls out.

It is my understanding that Arpaio has a law degree.

That's odd. I thought the blame fell mainly on certain members of the Democrat party, the DNC, a compliant media and upon Congress who, in general, which doesn't seem to have a complete set of testicles amongst the lot of them.

Granted, there are a bunch of liberal/leftist lawyers and scholars trying to tear down the Constitution, but I wouldn't call them Constitutional scholars and lawyers as they have no faith in such. There are some Constitutional scholars and lawyers on the right, but they don't count in my book as they're mostly just spineless tools too addicted to their cushy jobs to take a stand and raise a fuss.

JMO and YMMV.

I don't see it mentioned here...
@About:Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio

Seems like they would have mentioned it if he did.

Interesting. Would that be a law degree or a degree in law enforcement?

An official finally offended enough at being lied to that he’s taking the issue seriously.

I can't seem to find, albeit after only a short search, any mention of him ever going to college.
Perhaps someone will correct this later if I'm wrong and I simply didn't look hard enough.

If he didn't go to college I can understand the elitist attitude.

How dare this uneducated rube challenge us! /offended liberal Ivy League grad impression

OK I may be wrong............

I was sure I heard someone on TV say law degree but then that talking head might have been wrong?

Life goes on.

Arpaio is investigating a fraud. He is not trying to determine Obama’s status.

I would like to know how Arpaio and the AZ SOS are getting along over this matter.

Depends on what "scholar" means - Scalia is a scholar. We need more actual scholars in the mix.

I LOVE his attitude. lol

And I agree with him that the local registrar on the forged long-form refusing to cooperate with a criminal investigation is a big red flag.

Hawaii’s non-verification lets us know there is big trouble with Obama’s actual record in Hawaii. Just a ping for my post about that: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2887501/posts

I know, shameless blog-pimping hussy that I am. ;)

Well, he in his mid 80s, God bless him with many more years. Perhaps a college AA or BA was not required. In his generation a college education was really for the elites.

Arpaio is pursuing document fraud. Like stated, he isn’t a constitutional lawyer, so the citizenship of Obama’s father doesn’t concern him from a professional standpoint.
