btw...exactly how was TM a "suspect"?

Of course not. But the question was whether or not Zimmerman wanted a confrontation, and whether or not getting out of the truck means Zimmerman wants a confrontation. My point is that I think all Zimmerman wants (and the most he expects) is to regain visual contact.

The evidence that TM desired a confrontation is myriad, but running to elude in the first place is not one of those points.

Zimmerman characterized Martin's actions as suspicious, thought the stranger was up to no good.
