As I said previously, if the view Zimmerman expects to obtain is the suspect running away, the inference can't be that Zimmerman desired a confrontation.

Of course not. But the question was whether or not Zimmerman wanted a confrontation, and whether or not getting out of the truck means Zimmerman wants a confrontation. My point is that I think all Zimmerman wants (and the most he expects) is to regain visual contact.

The evidence that TM desired a confrontation is myriad, but running to elude in the first place is not one of those points.
