California could probably balance its budget by closing down the entire system, selling off property, and starting over when the budget was balanced.
If provision were made for a few legitimate research and medical programs, absolutely nothing would be lost in the process.
And what would happen to all of the marxist vermin that infest all of their campuses?
Would they move on to government regulatory agencies?
Would there be enough room at charitable foundations?
