Because in the contemporary leftist mindset, the ends justify all means. That's the mindset of any ruthless type of folks, such as authoritarians and tyrants. While it's part of the leftist mindset because leftists are authoritarians and tyrants, it's also part of any ruthless faction.
Romney is ruthless enough that he HAS used government to enforce government-controlled health care in Mass., including $50 abortion available to any woman in the state who wants one, and is on record saying that if a minor gets pregnant and her folks forbid abortion, she should be able to go through a judge to override her parents.
That's one ruthless son of a bitch.
I wash my hands being part of putting the likes of him in the lead role of the Republican party. I'll let others decide whether the next guy is arsenic or cyanide and give my vote to an official on-the-ballot third party to count in the total. If Romney wins on a weak plurality, like 38%, at least he'd be put on the defensive.
I am -- and my vote will be -- neutral in the O v R race because it's cyanide vs arsenic. I'm informed about Romney. My vote will be cast third party for the sole purpose of diluting whichever poison wins. I have a duty to vote.
There is a massive chasm between Romney and Obama. It's all about intent.
1. Romney has stated the difference between state and federal powers. If the people of a state want a state run health plan, that's their right. Self determination is a good thing. It's what it means to be free.
2. With out a doubt I believe Mitt Romney will build our economy. BO wants to destroy it so he can bring about his communist dreams. To me... that's an undisputed fact.
3. BO hates white people. Mitt Romney doesn't hate anyone.
4. Ann Romney is a model citizen and a good role model for ALL women. MO hates her country. MO makes me want to puke.
5. Mitt Romney won't make any decision that harms this country. BO wants to bring down the constitution. Yes. I truly believe he does.
6. Mitt Romney does not support homo marriage. BO was against it before he was for it..
7. Mitt Romney wants everyone to achieve wealth. But you got to do the work yourself. BO hates everyone's wealth except his own.
I do not believe Mitt Romney will make any decision that will actually harm this country. I do not believe he will govern or support leftist positions as President. He may not personally hold to the highest degree every position I wish he would. But that's a far cry from what we KNOW BO is trying to do and WILL do in his second term.
I'm an optimist. I believe people can change for the better. I believe Romney has changed for the better from his days in governor of Mass.
The difference is that BO only wants to change us to fit him.
