He says:
"...I believe Congress as it is organized under the Constitution (i.e. both houses being elected on solely geographic criteria) is no longer the best-suited body to represent the diversity of people in the United States..." Yep. A real Capital "C" Conservative there. Sounds to me like he has a lot in common with Barack Obama and his ilk who just want to re-write the Constitution.
I'm sure this piece of crap knows better than Madison, Jefferson et al.
