A guy who confronted Bristol Palin in a Los Angeles bar last fall and loudly proclaimed that her mother was "evil" and a willing participant in the world's oldest profession is now suing the reality show star claiming that -- wait for it -- she defamed him.
The September confrontation between Stephen Hanks and Bristol Palin in the Saddle Ranch bar on L.A.'s Sunset Strip was caught by a crew filming a scene for the reality show "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp," which debuts June 19 (the title is a reference to Bristol's son with Levi Johnston).
Hanks is seen approaching Bristol and shouting "Your mother's a (rhymes with door)." Bristol's mom, Sarah Palin, is the former governor of Alaska and onetime GOP vice presidential candidate. And she has been called worse.

Mm, no. It’s not defamation if it’s an accurate portrayal of him. And it apparently was. Invasion of privacy, maybe. But considering he’s the one who walked up and started calling Bristol’s mom an evil whore, that’d take even more nads to claim than defamation. And in any event, his primary case would be against whoever had creative control of the series, not so much just her.
I’d just like to see the media publish these clowns pictures and home addresses, and watch the fun.

He is suing Bistrol because she told a gossip magazine he was the reason she moved away from LA ?
In other words he was an asshat and jerk for calling her mother a whore and evil....and Bristol did not want to deal with people like him anymore...

What an embarrassment to be a man who looks to be in his 40’s accosting a young 20 something woman and calling her mother a name that rhymes with door.
Clearly he has forgotten any manners he may have been taught as a child; his behavior was bellicose and is unacceptable in a polite society.

This is an epic example of why there needs to be “Loser Pays” reform to our tort system. This evident bottom feeder can file this and then Bristol Palin has to spend time and money to defend herself. What is wrong with this picture!

Straight? The guy is as queer as a football bat. I’ll bet one of his queer, Palin hating butt-buddy, lawyer is handling the case pro-bono just to make Bristol spend the money to defend against it. It is nothing but a hateful, vindictive move from a hateful, vindictive, self loathing sexual pervert.
This is apparently becoming the modus operandii of the radical left - file junk lawsuits, restraining orders, re: MassResistance hot by the punk in Maine, Kimberlin, etc. Yet another variation of Alinsky tactics.
