This is the first report in the news that I can find.
It doesn't mean that it wasn't in play before Brian Terry was killed.
It just means that this is the earliest REPORT that Obama KNEW a plan was in action.

Right. I had assumed at first that he said it before the death of Terry. Seems even more damning. Wonder when the cabal realized that Terry was smoked with an F&F gun?
