Backround (briefly): Aaron Walker is a conservative lawyer and blogger who had been writing about Brett Kimberlin, a left-winger who was convicted of perjury in a federal court *while in high school* (if I remember correctly) and who was later convicted of the Speedway, Indiana terrorist bombings, serving 17 years of a 50-year sentence.

Kimberlin ended up getting Walker fired from his job due to the risk involved, and then got a restraining order against Walker for stalking him, and got Walker arrested, for violating a restraining order: the judge in that case openly said in so many words "let's forget the [Supreme Court's] standard".

Walker *just* got that restraining order modified today, and tonight, he gets swatted. Joining the ranks of a number of other conservative pundits including RedState's Erik Erikson...

Maybe an effort to keep him from being able to defend himself or his family. Mandatory five-year federal prison sentence for anyone possessing a firearm while under a restraining order. Thank both Republicans and Democrats for passing the VAWA.
