The Democrats lost this War Once

The war of Slavery vs Liberty.

Yet they are back and have taken another major step towards Tyranny (with them in charge of course)

What will it take to win this war? Will it be as terrible as the last one?

There can be no respect for a creature who has betrayed everything he ever said he believed it. He has lied to and misled the public and has helped to effectively destroy his freedom for the the millions of people in this country.

What he has done will ultimately lead to the death or loss of employment for may Americans. He has destroyed lives and dreams and made a slave nation of America. He should stop to remember he claims to be a straight white Christian man.

There will be blood in the streets before this is all over. Our children will grow up to despise us for allowing their futures to be destoyed.

The court has basically said that if we want freedom, we need to elect people who stand for freedom.

Well, I did vote for people who stood for freedom and got Roberts as the chief justice. The liberals and CJ Roberts are traitors to the Consitution. The court had an obligation to defend the Consititution from the other branches excesses.....they failed.

You know, I don’t think roberts is worried about his reputation, he has a job for life (unfortunatelt).

I am wondering if they gave obama this because the Holder situation. Can’t hit obama twice, so give him one and hit him with the other. JW

Roberts will NEVER get my respect again after this. FU John Roberts!

From what I heard earlier, Justice Kennedy voted that the entire ObamaCare law was unconstitutional. And traitor Roberts sided with the socialists. Unbelievable.

There are some positives.

1) It is not authorized by the commerce clause.

2) It is not authorized by the necessary & proper clause.

3) It is a tax, which means it was a tax increase, which means it was the biggest tax increase in the history of the US.

Today’s decision is an abomination. Once again, we move into a “what was wrong is now right” phase in America.

There's no reason to believe Myers would've been any better.

I recall Alito, not Roberts, was the Miers replacement. Alito is fine. I believe Roberts signed on to keep Kennedy from writing the decision. That kind of reasoning never works out. I would have rather it be 5-4 if need be.

After Roberts’ Arizona decision this is pretty much what I expected. Roberts is glorying in his new role as Earl Warren Redux. It begs the question: did Bush know this would be the result of his pick? Was it a deal? Constitutional rulings for just so long then Communist State full speed ahead?

With All Due Respect To Chief Justice Roberts On ObamaCare...

From my perspective, with NO respect to that RAT bastard traitor & betrayer John Roberts......

What a sad day & travesty for Amerika. Finally we also have something (well actually more than one thing) that we can blame GW Bush for. The Bush legacy of betraying Amerika lives on.

His "stellar" Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts betrays Amerika for the 2nd time this week, and votes in favor of 0bamaCare, 5-4 decision. This time, it wasn't Anthony Kennedy with the swing vote, it was traitor & capitulator John Roberts.

Earlier this week, he betrayed AZ to enforce the law against illegals invading our country, mostly through AZ, since 0dumb0's immigration dept won't accept any illegals picked up by AZ law enforcement anyway.

Thank you RAT bastard GW Bush and RAT bastard traitor John Roberts.

John Roberts has now secured his position as the new darling of 0bama & the left, thereby ensuring that the left & media will now gush over Roberts, and he will be able to maintain his social status among socialist elitist Washington DC social scene.

I predict this will increasingly be Roberts's new role, as the latest "supposed" conservative to actually flip over and reveal his true leftist ideology, and will become the new Earl Warren of the Supreme Court.

God help us and our nation, although the left seems to win 98% of the battles. The 2% that we win, usually get snarled up in court challenges.

Roberts deserves no more respect than Bader-Ginsburg, Soto-Mayor and Breyer - which is none at all.

AND NEITHER DOES THAT DAMN RINO MORON WHO APPOINTED HIM.

And NO - I DON'T Miss George Bush II NOW or even his damn father!

They helped set the stage for everything this bastard in the White House is doing and as such are complicit in the destruction of America.

Damn the name of George Bush and to think that idiot moron tried to slip in ANOTHER ringer HARRIET MIERS - his Personal Attorney.

Taney, Blackmun, Roberts ...

Three traitors.

Three oathbreakers.

Three domestic enemies of these United States.

Three architects of tyranny.

I hope Roberts loses all respect from the dissenting judges, and I wonder just what motivated him to submit to this travesty.

There's no reason to believe Myers would've been any better.

Not suggesting she would have been. But there was great glee with her stepping aside and Roberts being the nominee. He was to be indicative of a further shift to the right of the court since initially he was to replace Sandra Day O'Conner. He was seen as a seismic right shift.

The only upside is it might make Obamacare an issue in the election and help defeawt Obama.

THEN WHAT???

Wwe have ANOTHER RINO in the White House to appoint ANOTHER Ringer like this bastard ROberts.

Only if the GOP gets solid conservative majorities in COngress will a Romney victory accomplish anything. THEN we can hold Romney’s feet to a slow fire and make sure he stays i line.

But I’m no longer optimistic. I will only feel better if Romney selects a rock-solid conservative to run with him.

You have said it.

We are now a nation of servants to whatever the Government wish to do with us.

How long we remain so before the revolution is the question now.

Next up the 2nd Amendment goes bye bye.
