I think, by not waiting a few more hours, he might have squandered an opportunity to frame both the ruling and legislation in better defining terms, now that the justices have redefined the language of what this disaster truly is and always was... I wish I had a new term to coin, but it’s on its way, i’m sure. :)
If he had waited, then everybody would be jumping on him for waiting. He can’t win with this crowd.
