Many Republicans stayed home so they wouldn't vote for McCain. Unfortunately by default that kept Pelosi and Reid in power. That gave us ObamaCare.

Obama won by a large majority and the midterm elections kicked Pelosi out. Reid won by fraud (and we all know it)!
