I agree it is a tax and I agree it is unconstitutional and I agree that Obama and the Democrats lied when they said it wasn’t a tax.

It's not a matter of agreeing with Justice Roberts.

It's a matter of what the SCOTUS decides that makes it reality.

We may not agree that abortion is a right but it is the law. An immoral law yes but it's the law of the nation.

If we minimize the Roe vs Wade down to agreeing or disagreeing with those particular judges at the time how does that help us change it?

One does not have to agree with Justice Roberts to agree that ObamaCare has won.

He used tortured logic and the result is the institutionalization of tyranny. Tyranny is the very thing the Constitution was designed to stand as a bulwark against. The final nail in the Constitution is set by Roberts.

How will he be remembered?
