Romney did speak out .. . June 28, 2012 and probably more since then. Not that I love Romney, I don’t, but it’s not fair to say that he hasn’t addressed the issue.

“As you might imagine I disagree with the Supreme Courts decision, and I agree with the dissent, what the court did not do on its last day in session, I will do on my first day if elected President of t he United States, and that is I will act to repel Obama Care. Lets be clear about what the court did and did not do. The court said that Obama care does not violate the Constitution. What they did not do was say Obama-care was a good law or its good policy, Obama care is bad policy yesterday, its bad policy today.”

Our problem isn't with the "Repeal" part of Romney's message, but the "Replace" part of his message.
Since Romney is still on record supporting his RomneyCare and it's Individual Mandate, this is what he will replace ObamaCare with. This is socialized medicine at it's worst.
Furthermore, his RomneyCare relies on the redistribution of wealth by forcing taxpayers to pay for the healthcare of others which is just another aspect of Socialism.
So while his slogan sounds great, in reality, it's just more Big-Government, nanny-statism, wrapped in Socialized Medicine.
