Obama should be in those shackles, not Lakin. Lakin is a hero through and through.

Oh, little barry bastard commie could show a birth certificate and a valid one too, but it wouldn’t be from one of the ‘57’ United States. He is the perfect democrat for the times, he’s arrogant, a chronic liar, a sexual degenerate, and a crack whore to any queer with a rock. Oh, and he hates the America of the Founders. What’s not to love for blacks, homos, and progressives?

You asserted, "Electing Romney will do nothing to reverse the culture of corruption in this country."

So your solution is to enable the swift end, is that about what your tantrum troop principled approach amounts to? Yes, that is precisely what it amounts to. The idea that replacing the little barry abstard commie with Romney can forestall the fianl collapse and thus buy time to get enough Tea Party conservatives into the federal ranks to stop the fall is not even in your calculus, eh? Romney will not decimate the military, as Barry is doing. Romney will be economically savvy on issues like foreign trade, energy, and tax reductions, to name three points of differentiation, but that isn't sufficient to the tantrum troops because they will not vote for a GOPe candidate even to try and save the Republic. With such conservative allies, it's no wonder the GOPe keep foisting liberals upon the voters! All or nothing is not a strategy when the end is in sight for the system you want to fix.

To see what economic collapse looks like, study Argentina. Except that now the globalist have a plan already to go here in Amerika when chaos arrives. A free country is not the outcome of the planned collapse ... yes, a planned collapse; the globalist are setting up the collapse and barry bastard commie and shills like Roberts are abetting it. There are already plans to use the miliotary and militarized police forces to eventually suppress the food riots and mayhem of starving government dependents, and whn the enabling collapse arrives, the new world order will sweep into the the vacuum created by lawless streets, starving mobs, and skittles gangs raiding any business stupid enought ot remain open and stocked.

And the Supreme Court REFUSES to hear this case.

There's an obvious conflict of interest. This means admitting that Roberts erred in swearing the Kenyan Coward™ into office. As long as the lower court dismissals focus on the legal standing doctrine, the Supreme Court doesn't have to take any of the cases. There is a new appeal, however, from Georgia that does have legal standing, so it will be interesting to see if the Supreme Court shows some integrity. They kind of need to stand up for the three previous Supreme Court panels that have already provided a consensus on the definition of NBC that inherently excludes the Kenyan Coward™.

How can any honorable American citizen justify this?

For 16 years, Barack Obama represented in public that he head been born in Kenya:

o 1991 - Obama announced a book, “Journeys in Black and White” (never published), representing himself as “born in Kenya “ through his literary agency, Acton & Dystel.
o June 1998 - June 2002, Jane Dystel Literary Management client listings featured Obama’s revised biographical summary as the author of “Dreams From My Father” but still claimed to be “born in Kenya.”
o On June 27, 2004, an AP story, “Kenyan-Born Obama All Set for US Senate,” featured a quote from Obama, indicating he had been consulted for the story for accuracy about his background.
o December 2004 - Jane Dystel Literary Management’s revised client listing reflected Obama’s experience as “junior Democratic senator from Illinois” and “keynote speaker at the 2004 Democratic National Convention,” but continued to assert that he was “born in Kenya.”
o April 3, 2007 - Having announced his candidacy for the US Presidency in February 2007, the client list for Jane Dystel Literary Management still portrayed Barack Obama as “born in Kenya.” Later, on April 21, 2007, for the first time, Obama’s biographical summary claimed Obama was “born in Hawaii.”

Despite 16 years of portraying himself as “born in Kenya,” in December 2010, Obama, as Commander In Chief of the US Military, allowed a decorated war veteran and Army Flight surgeon, Terry Lakin, to be wrongfully court martialed while being denied the right of discovery. Lakin was sentenced to prison and dishonorably discharged for questioning Obama’s eligibility for the Presidency based on the question of Obama’s birthplace.

"We're not going to be able to [address our problems] if we just make stuff up and pretend that facts are not facts," said the president. "We're not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers."

“I don’t like Romney either, but damned if I will put a gun the the head of my country by voting to allow this creature we now have in office to stay there.”

There are damn few elections that offer anything but a choice between the lesser of two evils. In this case, the greater evil is profoundly, overwhelmingly, treacherously, and lethally evil.

Can you [or another fellow freeper] post the correct Officer Oath on the American Thinker comments thread?

Its just someone has posted the incorrect enlisted man's oath high up in the comments. I have tried myself but DISQUS chokes on my UK based e-mail address.

My comment on AT would have been:

@Rosalyis1

Wrong. That oath you posted is the enlisted man's oath. The Officer oath is:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

If Lakin made a mistake it was to take his oath seriously, unlike the majority of the political class in the United States.

The point is that officers are bound to defend the constitution, not blind obedience.

“Jack Cashill tellin’ it like it is.”

Cashill has been awesome. Glad he’s helping Lakin get his story out.

I keep hoping for the day Lakin escorts the handcuffed usurper out the back door of the WH past the garbage to Levenworth where he lives out the rest of his days in Lakin’s old cell. If Mitt can promise to reinstate Lakin with full benefits, etc. then he’ll have secured my vote.

I nevr said I was in the “Never Romney” crowd. I plan on holding my nose and voting a straight “R” ticket.

Bush was a far better chioce than Gore, but his failure to purge the Clinton corruption gave us trash like Holder that still needs to be dealt with.

Due to Bush’s failure, we got a president worse than Clinton. I agree Romney will be better on the points mentioned, but then what? Based on historical patterns, the next Democrat will be worse then Obama.

Did Romney clean up corruption in his state as Governor?

All I see is vain hope that he will as president, because that is all we have - there is no historical precedent for Romney to really cure the cancer of corrruption killing our Republic. What if all of his newfound conservative rhetoric is BS? I think there is a better chance he could be the next Scott Brown rather then the “savior of the Republic.
