A Pennsylvania restaurant, Prudhomme's Lost Cajun Kitchen, is under a "state discrimination investigation" for offering a discounted meal on Sunday to those church-goers who present a church bulletin.

Does the state also prosecute bars that offer "ladies night" specials (no cover charge, drink specials)?

What about movie theaters that sell tickets to the same movie for different prices depending on how young or old you are or if you have a high school/college ID (discount)?

The Special actually doesn't require one to be a church-goer. It states exactly...

WEEKLY DINING SPECIALS at Lost Cajun Kitchen Sunday !!
Wing special 1/2 price 11 am – 4 pm (eat in only)
Plus - $3.00 Mimosas – Pomagranate or OJ
Sunday Dining discount w/ your current church bulletin !!

There's nothing about the church bulletin having to be from a mainstream or even a Christian church.
